Custom Flags can be made single sided reverse or double sided depending on what your needs are. We have an array of flag fixtures so you flags can be used in different ways.

Ordering custom made flags is not as difficult or expensive as you may think. Technology advances have made it affordable, allowing anyone to have custom flags made to your specifications. No matter the purpose of your custom printed flags, finding the right printer makes a difference.

Flag size:
The ability to print flags in custom sizes is a specialty of ours. We have standard size flags (3*5 ft and 4*6 ft ) that we can print with your logo or design. We can also print any size you choose. Flag material:
The material used for your custom flags will factor into determining how long your flag will last. While a standard polyester or cotton flag may only last up to six months, choosing a stronger polyester can help lengthen its lifespan. We use 100 D Polyester material for the budget minded consumer, but also offer 200 D Knitted Polyester and 500 D Woven bunting Polyester. You will not find anything stronger than 500 D which is why we carry it as an option for our customers.

Single and double sided:
We can print your custom made flags single or double sided. Single sided is 100% on the front with a bleed on the back. If you elect double-sided, you will have the same design on both sides with protection from bleed through. We actually print the same flag and sew them back to back to ensure that you receive the highest quality without any bleed.

Standard Sizes: 90 cm x 180 cm (Standard) This is most common for outside use.

Printing Methods We have two printing options they are digital printing and screen printing.

Digital Printing: will be the best option for complex designs. For example logos with gradients and faded colours have to be printed via digital print.

Screen Printing: is most cost effective way to print flags is via screen print. The method has limitations though. We can only print spot solid colors.

Single and double sided:

We can print your custom made flags single or double sided. Single sided is 100% on the front with a bleed on the back. Single sided or Double sided?

Single sided,Single sided reverse flags means the front side will be 100% and the back side will be 85-90% bleed through.

Double sided with block out, Double sided flags have a middle block out material to stop the see through. We print two flags and sew them back to back. This means you will see the flag image correct on both sides. 

Fixtures:

Every flag is finished with two rows of stitching. There are a few fixtures to choose from and they are: Grommets – Rope Loops – Rope and Sister Clip – Sleeve Pocket – Heat Cut Edges.
